Exchange & Return Policy

We are happy to offer return and exchange policy for the following conditions:

Return Policy:

  1. Return Acceptance:

    • Returns will only be accepted within 3 days of receiving the product.
    • Broken products will be eligible for exchange only.
    • Tags must remain intact; if a tag is removed, we will be unable to accept the return.
  2. Video Proof for Exchange:

    • To initiate an exchange, customers must make a video while opening the package from the label.
    • The video should start with the label clearly visible.
    • If the video does not begin with the label, it will not be considered for exchange.
  3. Reasons for Return:

    • Returns can be made if the product is incomplete or missing items.
    • Returns can be made if there is a quality issue with the product.
  4. Return Process:

    • Customers should return the product within 3 days of receiving it.
    • The refund amount will be credited within 7 working days.
    • All items, including the invoice, must be kept in the package for return.
  5. Return Condition:

    • All items to be returned or exchanged must be unworn and in their original condition.
    • Original tags and packaging must be intact.
    • Damaged items during transit must bear the tag for the return to be processed.
    • Damaged or altered items without tags may not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
  6. Return Request:

    • Email us at with images of the products, packaging, and tags to schedule a return pickup.
    • Subsequently, our courier partner will pick up the package within 3-5 business days at no extra cost to you.
  7. Refund Method:

    • Once the item is picked up, the refund amount will be credited as STORE CREDIT via UPI or NEFT.
  8. Exchange Policy:

    • Items purchased on can be exchanged for the same item or another one, subject to stock availability.
